Selective repurchase is an automated TripResale process that allows hotels to increase profitability on key dates by repurchasing reservations for resale at a higher price.

The hotel has a management panel in which you can set the
criteria to be met by the reserves in order for the process to be activated.
automatic repurchase:

  • Dates of stay: calendar in which the hotel can select the dates of stay it is interested in repurchasing, i.e. the dates on which it knows it will have sales closings.
  • Minimum notice: minimum number of days you want to have at your disposal
    hotel to sell the repurchased reservation.
  • Discount on the purchase price: percentage discount on the
    purchase price at which you are interested in repurchasing the reserves.
